EPC项目下业主方全过程造价控制研究

Research on the Owner’s Whole Process Cost Control Under EPC Project

当前,影响EPC模式在我国推广的主要原因是难以控制工程造价。文章主要站在业主方的角度,结合EPC项目的形式特点,重点对EPC项目下的前期准备、招标、设计、施工以及竣工验收五个阶段提出控制工程造价的若干看法。在理论上指导业主方认清EPC项目造价管理的特点,避免不必要的经费支出,节约投资成本。

At present,the main reason affecting the promotion of EPC model in China is difficult to control the engineering cost.From owner's perspective,combined with the characteristics of EPC project,some suggestions on controlling project cost are put forward for the five stages of preliminary preparation,bidding,design,construction and completion.This can theoretically guide the owner to recognize the characteristics of EPC project cost management,and avoid unnecessary expenditure and save investment cost.
