摘要
该文旨在为工程企业提供在联合体模式下应对境外工程项目风险的策略,主动防范该类企业在执行联合体模式下境外工程项目中与联合体成员之间可预见的风险,加强企业作为联合体主体对联合体成员的管理控制力。同时,通过分析应对风险的策略,形成了中国建材集团内可推广的预期物化成果。
This article aims to provide a strategy for engineering enterprises to deal with the risks of overseas engineering projects in the mode of consortium,take the initiative to prevent the foreseeable risks between such enterprises and members of the consortium in the execution of overseas engineering projects in the mode of consortium,and strengthen the management control of enterprises as the main body of the consortium to members of the consortium.At the same time,by analyzing the strategy of coping with risks,the expected materialized results that can be promoted in CNBM are formed.
