基于因子分析法的省域技术创新能力评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Provincial Technological Innovation Capability Based on Factor Analysis

本文在构建技术创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,运用因子分析法,对我国31个省市2012年~2017年的技术创新能力进行综合评价。研究发现:技术创新经济效率、技术创新知识效率以及技术创新潜力是影响地区技术创新能力的三个关键要素;东部地区、中部地区、西部地区的技术创新能力依次降低。

Innovation,as the first driving force of development,is regarded as an important indicator of regional development.Based on an evaluation index system of technological innovation capability,using factor analysis evaluates the technological innovation capability of 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2012 to 2017.It is found that the economic efficiency,knowledge efficiency and potential of technological innovation are the three key factors affecting technological innovation capability,while the technological innovation capability of eastern,central and western regions decreases in turn.
