藜麦的基因及基因组研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 藜麦是联合国粮农组织认定的唯一可满足人体基本营养需求的单体植物,具有较高的经济效益和研究价值。随着第二、三代高通量测序技术的发展,藜麦的基因组全貌得以揭示,各类基因转录组及重要基因家族研究进一步展开。基于此,对近年来藜麦基因及基因组学的主要研究进行了综述。未来藜麦的基因研究仍需加强对关键性状和活性成分的全基因组关联分析和调控机制等方面的研究,为藜麦生长发育和代谢调控提供科学依据。
