企业加速器的运营机制问题研究

在“大众创业,万众创新”的双创背景下,作为科技企业孵化链条上的重要载体,企业加速器在优质科技企业的引进、科技成果的转化及地方创新生态的构建等方面的重要性日益显著。文章主要通过分析加速器的四大运营机制——准入机制、服务机制、盈利机制和退出机制,了解我国加速器的发展现状,发现其中的问题。同时结合国内外成功的加速器管理、服务经验,提出相关建议及应对措施,以促使国内企业加速器行业得到进一步发展,培育一批优质的企业加速器。

In the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, as an important carrier in the incubation chain ofscience and technology enterprises, the enterprise accelerator plays an increasingly significant role in the introduction ofhigh-quality enterprises, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the construction of localinnovation ecology. This paper mainly analyzes the four operating mechanisms of the accelerator—access mechanism,service mechanism, profit mechanism and exit mechanism to know about the development status of China’s acceleratoroperation mechanism, and finds out the problems. At the same time, combining the management and service experienceof the successful accelerators at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasuresto promote the further development of the domestic enterprise accelerator industry and foster a group of high-qualityenterprise accelerators.
