“新工科”理念下对药学类校企共建课程的思考

摘要 新经济背景下,“新工科”不仅是我国实现创新驱动的应对策略,更是当前高等教育适应求变的全新理念。尤其是实施“健康中国”战略之际,其现实性指导意义不言而喻。校企共建课程作为产教协同育人的重要特征,如何在课程建设方面有效提高人才培养质量,满足产业实际需求,需要教学活动组织者和管理者对其进行研讨。文章聚焦药学类专业课程,从教育、教学、意识等多个角度入手,对照新工科建设理念,结合现状进行积极思索,为同类型人才培养模式的教学改革与实践提供参考。 Under the background of the new economy,“New Engineering and Technical Disciplines”is not only astrategy to achieve innovation-driven development strategy in China, but also a brand-new idea for higher education toadapt to new changes. Its realistic guiding significance is self- evident especially in implementing the strategy of “Healthy China”. School-enterprise co-construction course is an important feature of industry-education collaboration.Organizers and administrators should pay attention to the approach to effectively improving the quality of talentcultivation and meeting the actual needs of the industry in curriculum development. In the light of education and teachingconsciousness, this paper focuses on specialized course in pharmacy, contrasts the concept of“New Engineering andTechnical Disciplines”with the current situation, and provides reference for the personnel training mode to counterpartsin the field of teaching reform and practice.
