我国哲学社会科学2008—2017年国际化进程的国际对比

Research on comparative analysis of the internationalization process of Chinese social science research in 2008—2017

[目的]从SSCI论文角度分析我国哲学社会科学2008—2017年国际化进程状况,并将结果与G7国家和有代表性的新兴国家作对比。研究结果有利于相关人员从宏观上了解我国哲学社会科学近10年国际化进程状况,也为后续研究提供数据资料。[方法]基于2008—2017年Web of Science,获得我国和美国、英国、德国、法国、日本、意大利、加拿大、印度、韩国、俄罗斯共11国的SSCI论文量(论文均特指Article和Review,且不限于第一作者),并作对比。[结果]2008—2017年我国SSCI论文量逐年显著增长,至2017年已超越德国和加拿大,但与美国和英国相比仍有较大差距,我国SSCI论文量的环比增长速度位居11国中第1位,平均为22.77%。[结论]我国哲学社会科学相对较低的国际话语权应引起相关政策制定者的注意。

[Purpose]From the perspectives of SSCI papers,this paper analyzes the internationalization process of Chinese social sciences research form 2008 to 2017,and compares the results with G7 countries and India,Korea,Russia.The results of this study are helpful for the relevant personnel to understand the internationalization of Chinese social science research in the past decade,and provide data for subsequent research.[Method]Based on Web of Science 2008-2017,this paper obtained the amount of SSCI papers(both refer to Article and Review,and not limited to the first author)in China and the United States,England,Germany,France,Japan,Italy,Canada,India,South Korea,Russia,and obtain the total number of SSCI papers in each year to calculate the proportion of SSCI papers in each country,and compare them.[Result]From 2008 to 2017,the number of SSCI papers in China has increased significantly year by year,and surpassed Germany and Canada by 2017.However,compared with the United States and England,there is still a big gap.The annual growth rate of SSCI papers in China ranks first among 11 countries,averaging 22.77%.[Conclusion]The relatively low international discourse power of Social Sciences in China should attract the attention of relevant policy makers.
