公共资源智慧交易体系建设构想与探索

Construction and exploration of smart transaction system for public resources trading

公共资源交易领域科技化应用程度越来越高,但是这些技术手段既不成规模,也不成体系,无法充分发挥科技对公共资源交易改革发展的推动作用。文章梳理了国内一些已经应用在公共资源交易领域内的新技术、新应用,提出了建设智慧交易体系的构想,同时以南通市公共资源交易中心“鸿雁不见面交易系统”为切入点,阐述了公共资源交易行业智慧交易体系建设的实现步骤和远景规划。

The application of science and technology in the field of public resources trading is becoming higher and higher,but these fragmentary technical means are neither a scale nor a system,which can not give full play to the role of science and technology in the reform and development of public resource transactions.This paper sorts out some new technologies and applications that have been applied in the field of public resources trading in China,and puts forward the idea of building a smart trading system.At the same time,taking the Nantong Public Resource Trading Center,“the Hong Yan none face-to-face bid openings system”as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds the realization steps and the vision planning of the construction of the smart trading system in the public resource trade industry.
