正面碰撞中乘员约束系统模型的建立及参数优化研究

摘要 在MADYMO软件中建立了一个车辆正面碰撞有限元模型,整个模型包括有限元安全带、车体、安全气囊和假人,其次将在Hypermesh工程软件中建立的丰田Yaris模型并进行前处理,然后进行模型替换,调整位置,设置相关参数。模型经过验证后与试验数据相比符合要求,利用验证后的模型在正面碰撞时乘员约束系统中安全带有关的不同参数对驾驶员的损伤影响。并进行了参数优化,结果表明,当安全带的延伸率为12%,安全带上挂点高度为初始位置,腰带位置C上移30mm,卷收器锁止时间为13ms时,为最优方案,能有效减轻乘员的损伤。 A finite element model of vehicle frontal collision was established in MADYMO software.The whole model includes finite element belt,car body,airbag and dummy.Secondly,Toyota Yaris model built in Hypermesh engineering software was pre-processed and then preprocessed.Model replacement,adjust position,and set related parameters.After the model is verified,it meets the requirements compared with the test data,and the impact of the different parameters related to the seat belt in the occupant restraint system on the driver’s damage during the frontal collision is used.The parameters are optimized.The results show that when the belt extension is 12%,the height of the belt on the belt is the initial position,the belt position C is moved up by 30mm,and the retractor lock time is 13ms.Can effectively reduce the damage of the occupants.
