绝经后阴道出血原因的临床诊治分析与前瞻性研究

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Postmenopausal Vaginal Bleeding and Prospective Study

目的研究分析老年妇女绝经后出血的原因和诊治价值与临床意义。方法对112例绝经后阴道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果本组112例,绝经后阴道出血原因中炎症最多,占总出血人数的46.4%,恶性肿瘤为23.2%,良性病变引起出血占76.8%。结论恶性肿瘤致绝经后阴道流血的时间长短及年龄与良性病变无明显差异(P>0.05),研究表明,绝经后阴道出血是应及时诊断治疗,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To study the causes,diagnosis and treatment value and clinical significance of postmenopausal bleeding in elderly women.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding were retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group of 112 patients,the most common cause of post-menopausal vaginal bleeding was 46.4%of total bleeding,23.2%of malignant tumors,and 76.8%of benign lesions.Conclusion There is no significant difference in the length of vaginal bleeding between menopausal women and age and benign lesions(P>0.05).Studies have shown that postmenopausal vaginal bleeding should be diagnosed and treated in time to improve the quality of life of patients.
