针对性护理干预急性胆囊炎术后患者的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Patients with Acute Cholecystitis after Targeted Nursing Intervention

目的观察针对性护理干预急性胆囊炎术后患者的护理效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年1月于我院外科接受治疗的急性胆囊炎患者50例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组25例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组25例,应用针对性护理干预方式,观察两组患者护理前后感染率及护理满意度变化情况。结果护理干预后:①对照组感染率:12%,试验组:4%;②对照组护理满意度:72%,试验组:92%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预对急性胆囊炎术后患者术区伤口愈合有显著效果,降低术区感染率,早期拔管并恢复患者日常生活能力,临床护理满意度优异,值得推广。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of targeted nursing intervention on postoperative patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods 50 cases of acute cholecystitis were selected from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital.All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups through envelope method and 25 cases in the control group.The routine nursing intervention was used,and 25 cases in the experimental group were used.The infection rate and clinical effect of the two groups were observed and observed before and after the nursing intervention.The change of nursing satisfaction.Results The prognosis of nursing was as follows:(1)the infection rate in the control group:12%,the experimental group:4%;(2)the clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group:72%,the experimental group:92%,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pertinent nursing intervention has remarkable effect on the wound healing of the patients after the operation of acute cholecystitis,reducing the rate of infection in the operation area,early extubation and restoring the patient's daily life ability.The satisfaction of clinical nursing is excellent,which is worth popularizing.
