老年呼吸重症患者医院内感染的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Nosocomial Infection in Elderly Patients with Severe Respiratory Diseases

目的分析老年呼吸重症患者医院内感染特征、危险因素。方法2017年1月~12月,ICU收治老年患者184例,发生医院感染对象28例,纳入病例组,余者纳入对照组。结果医院获得性肺炎20例,最终死亡4例。卧床时间、机械通气时间、营养不良、糖尿病、脱机困难成为独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年患者医院内感染以下呼吸道感染为主,影响因素较多。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and risk factors of nosocomial infection in elderly respiratory patients.Methods 184 elderly patients were admitted to ICU from January to December 2017.28 patients with nosocomial infection were included in the case group and the rest were included in the control group.Results There were 20 cases of nosocomial pneumonia and 4 cases of final death.Bed rest time,mechanical ventilation time,malnutrition,diabetes mellitus and difficulty in weaning were independent influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower respiratory tract infection is the main infection in the elderly patients with urinary tract infection,and there are many influencing factors.
