小细胞肺癌的治疗现状及进展

Current Status and Progress in the Treatment of Small Cell Lung Cancer

肺癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤,同时也是恶性肿瘤导致死亡的首要原因。小细胞肺癌(SCLC)是其中的一个病理亚型,占肺癌总数的15%左右,由于肺癌整体发病率不断增加,加之患者基数大,SCLC患者绝对数量仍然庞大,而且SCLC恶性程度高、生长迅速、易于发生远处转移且治疗后易复发,其治疗一直是困扰临床医师的一个难题。多年来,肿瘤研究者一直在进行不断地探索,SCLC的治疗理念和方法也正在逐步改变。本文就SCLC治疗的现状及面临的问题进行梳理分析,以期帮助临床医师更新SCLC的治疗策略,启迪未来研究的思路。

Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor and the leading cause of death from malignant tumors worldwide.Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is one of the pathological types of lung cancer,accounting for about 15%of the total,due to an increased incidence of lung cancer overall,and a large number of patients with lung cancer,the absolute number of SCLC is still large.SCLC is always a intractable problem for clinicians because of its malignancy,rapid growth,easy metastasis and recurrence after treatment.Over the years,tumor researchers have been exploring in this field,and SCLC's treatment concepts and methods are changing.In this paper,the current situation and problems of SCLC treatment were analyzed,in order to help clinicians update the SCLC treatment strategy,and inspire the future research ideas.
