用无抽搐电休克疗法对老年抑郁症患者进行治疗的效果观察及价值分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究无抽搐电休克疗法在老年抑郁症中的应用价值。方法选择2016年8月至2018年1月本院接诊的老年抑郁症患者66例,将之采用电脑随机双盲法进行分组:试验组(n=33)常规应用疏肝解郁胶囊,并加用无抽搐电休克疗法,对照组(n=33)单用疏肝解郁胶囊。分析两组病情控制的效果,比较BDC评分等指标。结果试验组治疗后的BDC评分为(7.14±1.42)分,明显比对照组的(14.58±1.96)分低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论常规药物治疗老年抑郁症时,对患者加用无抽搐电休克疗法,可更好的改善抑郁症状,建议采纳。
