摘要 CDIO教育理念与“新工科”教育思想有效融合,构建融入工程教育思想的创新型人才培养体系是进行工科应用型科技大学建设的有效途径之一.当前我国高等学校工科教育难以培养满足国家发展对创新型工程科技人才的迫切需要的原因,主要在于人才培养的工程性与创新性的严重缺位,存在着应用创新型人才教育思想认识不到位、人才培养定位不准确、教学内容和教学方法陈旧、课程设置不合理、教师的工程实践经验与能力不强等问题,需要对上述问题进行调整,而后才能构建和实施新型的工科应用创新型人才培养模式.实践表明,改革后的应用创新型人才培养的新模式,对地方工科院校开展应用技术大学建设和应用创新型人才培养的改革具有一定的借鉴作用. The integration of CDIO educational concepts and"New Engineering"education ideology and establishment of an innovative talent training system encompassing engineering education ideology is one of the effective approaches to build applied engineering universities of science and technology.As a result of the serious shortage of an model for innovative talent training,the engineering education in colleges and universities cannot meet the urgent demand for innovative engineering talents.Not until these problems,such as the improper understanding of the education ideology of innovative talents,inappropriate positioning of talent training,obsolete teaching contents and methods,unreasonable course setting and insufficient practical experience and abilities of teachers,are properly handled could the training model of applied and innovative engineering talents be established and implemented.Facts have demonstrated that the improved model offers certain reference to the building of applied universities and training of applied and innovative talents.
