摘要
[目的]针对我国北方日光温室经常被风吹塌以及被雪压塌这一现象,提出了一种日光温室钢架结构的优化方案。[方法]本文以山西省晋中市太谷县普遍使用的钢结构日光温室为例,采用3D3S软件对日光温室钢骨架的材料、尺寸、受力、骨架的弧度等进行了优化分析。[结果]在太谷地区荷载条件下,使用材料Q235B,将下弦杆的直径改为33 mm,腹杆直径改成12 mm,下弦杆侧向支撑间隔为1.5 m,该优化方案满足了日光温室在风雪气候条件下的承载能力。[结论]优化后,提高了日光温室的荷载承受能力,降低了能耗,有利于材料的节省。
[Objective]This study was proposed in order to resolve the issue that solar greenhouse was often collapsed by strong wind and snow precipitation in north China,and to develop an optimized steel frame structure of solar greenhouse.[Methods]The steel structured solar greenhouses which had been widely used in Taigu County Shanxi Province were selected as the research target,and the material,size,force,and radian of steel skeleton of solar greenhouse were analyzedand optimized using 3D 3S software[Results]The study results demonstrated that when material Q235B was employed,and the diameter of the lower chord and the web chord were changed to 33 mm and 12 mm,respectively with the lateral support interval of the lower chord being changed to 1.5 m,the scheme satisfies the load-carrying capacity of the solar greenhouse under the local wind and snow precipitation conditions[Conclusion]After the optimization,the load bearing capacity of solar greenhouse was improved,and energy consumption was reduced.New design also resulted in the material saving.
