老年突发性聋患者情绪管理水平及影响因素分析

Emotional Management and Influencing Factors in Elderly Sudden Deafness Patients

目的了解老年突发性聋患者情绪管理状况,探讨其影响因素及提升策略。方法于2015年3月-2016年8月采用便利抽样法抽取山西省6所三级甲等综合医院92例老年突聋患者进行问卷调查。结果老年突聋患者情绪管理整体得分率仅为44.85%;采用宣泄、转移、弱化和提高认知途径管理情绪者得分率分别为:52.43%、47.21%、42.14%和29.31%。多因素分析结果显示老年突聋患者情绪管理水平主要受到文化程度、亲子感情、心脑血管疾病、兴趣爱好、户外活动、精神信仰影响。结论老年突聋患者情绪管理水平不足,仍有较大的提升空间,临床医护和全社会应该根据影响因素实施针对性干预措施以提升患者的情绪管理能力,从而达到预防突聋及改善其预后的目的。

Objective To report efficacy of emotional management and its influencing factors in elderly sudden deafness patients.Methods A total of 92 elderly sudden deafness patients from 6 Grade A hospitals in Shanxi Province were included by convenience sampling from March 2015 to August 2016.Results The overall rating of emotional management in these elderly sudden deafness patients was 44.85%.The ratings of catharsis,focus management,attenuation and cognitive management were 52.43%,47.21%,42.14%and 29.31%,respectively.Multi-factor analysis showed that emotional management in elderly sudden deafness patients was mainly influenced by the level of education,parent-child feelings,cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases,hobbies,outdoor activities,and spiritual beliefs.Conclusion Emotional management in elderly sudden deafness patients remains to be improved.Medical professionals and society should implement intervention measures according targeted to the influencing factors to improve the emotional management in these patients.
