氧化应激在年龄相关性耳聋中的作用研究进展

Oxidative Stress and Age-related Hearing Loss

年龄相关性聋(Age-related hearing loss,ARHL),又称老年性聋(Presbycusis),是目前最普遍的慢性发展性疾病之一。它的特点是听觉功能进行性下降。迄今为止的研究表明氧化应激和线粒体DNA(mtDNA)缺失在AR HL病理生理学中起着重要的作用。大多数研究表明抗氧化剂能够减缓ARHL的发展,但也有一部分研究表明抗氧化剂疗法效果并不显著。为了探讨氧化应激与年龄相关性聋的关系,现就该领域的研究进行综述。

Age-related hearing loss(ARHL),also known as presbycusis,is one of the most common chronic progressive disorders.It is characterized by a progressive decline in auditory functions.So far,studies have shown that oxidative stress and mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)deletion play an important role in ARHL pathophysiology.Most studies have shown that antioxidants can slow the development of ARHL,but some studies have shown that antioxidants are not a panacea.In an attempt to define the relationship between oxidative stress and age-related deafness,this paper reviews the research in this field.
