摘要
2018年在河南地区规模化牛场进行犊牛腹泻流行病学调查时,在粪便样品中检测到4株牛环曲病毒,分别命名BToV/CH/HN-1、BToV/CH/HN-2、BToV/CH/HN-3和BToV/CH/HN-4。对4个毒株的M基因进行克隆、测序与分析,结果表明,4个BToV毒株之间的基因核酸序列同源性为97.4%~100%,与欧洲BToV代表株同源性最高(95.6%~99.5%)。遗传进化分析表明,4个毒株均属于欧洲谱系的牛源进化分支。提示我国牛群中存在环曲病毒感染,丰富了牛环曲病毒的流行病学资料,可为制定综合防控措施提供参考依据。
Four bovine toroviruses(BToV),BToV/CH/HN-1,BToV/CH/HN-2,BToV/CH/HN-3 and BToV/CH/HN-4 strains,were detected from scale cattle farm of Henan between March and April 2018.The sequence analysis showed that these four BToV strains shared 97.4%-100%nucleotide(nt)identity and a high degree of nucleotide identity(95.6%-99.5%)with European bovine strains.The phylogenetic analysis indicated that these four BToV strains belong to the European bovine lineage.This study suggested the presence of torovirus in diarrheic feces from calves and describeed the first detection of BToV in China.The results enrich the epidemiological data of BToV,and provide reference and theoretical basis for formulating comprehensive prevention and control measures.
