摘要 目前,采用细菌表达系统异源表达抗菌肽已成为研究热点,虽然异源表达为提高抗菌肽产量提供了有效的途径,但近年来发现细菌异源表达抗菌肽的产量仍受表达载体及宿主菌等多方面的制约。为此,拟对优化密码子、添加启动子、串联多聚体、融合标签及杂合抗菌肽等异源表达系统优化策略的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为提高抗菌肽表达产量提供理论依据。 Currently,the heterologous expression of antimicrobial peptides by bacterial expression system has become a research hotspot.Although heterologous expression provides an effective way to increase the production of antimicrobial peptides,it has been found that the production of heterologous expression of antimicrobial peptides in bacteria is still restricted by expression vectors and host bacteria in recent years.In this paper,the research progress on heterologous expression of antimicrobial peptides using codon optimization,host strains,promoters using host cells,tandem multimeric expression,fusion tag expression systems and hybridization expression were reviewed,which might guide the theoretical basis and technical support for improving the expression of antimicrobial peptides.
