摘要
副猪嗜血杆菌(HPS)能够引起猪的脑膜炎、多发性浆膜炎、关节炎、急性肺炎和急性败血症为主要特征的猪革拉泽氏病。脂多糖(LPS)是革兰阴性菌外膜的主要成分,在致病机制中起着重要作用。论文对HPS的LPS结构、基因特征和致病机制进行综述,旨在为探索HPS LPS的相关毒力基因及对HPS LPS致病机制研究提供参考。
Haemophilus parasuis(HPS)can cause Gl ser s disease,which is characterized by fibrinous polyserositis,arthritis,meningitis,acute pneumoniae and acute septicaemia.Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)is the major constituent of the outer membranes of Gram-negative bacteria and has a great influence on pathogenesis.In this article,the structure,gene feature and pathogenesis of HPS LPS were discussed,which is helpful to explore the virulence associated gene and the pathogenesis of HPS LPS.
