一例犬膀胱移行上皮细胞癌的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Transitional Cell Carcinoma in a Dog

通过临床基本检查、超声检查、细胞学检查及病理学检查最终确诊一例10岁膀胱移行上皮细胞癌(TCC)病犬,采用全膀胱摘除术且术后经局部及全身化学药物为主的治疗使患犬存活367 d;治疗过程提示,TCC的诊断技术已相对完善,通过手术、化疗等治疗方式可较大程度的改善病犬生存质量与存活时间,但须重视术后及化疗过程中TCC转移的监测,以更好评判预后。

With the methods of clinical basic examination,ultrasonic examination,cytological and pathological diagnosis,a 13-year-old dog with bladder transitional epithelial cell carcinoma(TCC)was confirmed.The dog survived 367 days after radical cystectomy and the treatment with local and systemic chemotherapy.The process suggests that the diagnostic technique of TCC has been relatively improved,and surgery,chemotherapy and other treatment methods can also improve the quality of life and survival time of the dog to a larger extent.However,we should pay attention to the monitor of TCC metastasis after its surgery and during chemotherapy so as to better evaluate the prognosis.
