负压力角弧齿离合器齿面计算与仿真加工 被引量:2

摘要 研究了用盘状铣刀和铣齿机加工负压力角弧齿离合器的方法。首先,根据弧齿离合器的特点建立了铣齿加工数学模型,构建从刀盘向工件之间的坐标转换关系,选取合适的曲面坐标初值实现齿面点的计算,完成了齿面失配量分析。基于上述分析,引入算例完成离合器的三维造型和失配量计算,以验证齿面计算理论为目地进行加工仿真分析,结果表明了负压力角弧齿离合器齿面计算的准确性和方法的可行性。 The method of machining negative pressure angle spiral clutches with disc milling cutter and gear milling machine is studied.The mathematical model is established according to the characteristics of spiral clutches firstly,and the coordinate transformation relationship from the cutting tool system to workpiece system,the tooth surface points and mismatch quantity are calculated after selecting the appropriate initial value of the surface coordinates.Based on the above analysis,the 3D model of the clutch and mismatch analysis are complet ed after an example is introduced.To verify the tooth surface calculation theory,the machining simulation is car ried out.The correctness of calculation and the feasibility of method are verified.
