摘要
借助于场发射扫描电镜-能谱议和X射线衍射仪研究了电熔的和化学合成的硼化锆分别在大气条件下分别于700℃保温3h、900℃保温3h、1100℃保温3h和1300℃保温3h热处理后的氧化行为及其氧化产物的形貌和组成。结果表明:化学合成ZrB2经700℃保温3h氧化后生成ZrO2和B2O3(l);电熔ZrB2在800℃保温24h氧化后亦生成ZrO2和B2O3(l),B2O3液相溶于水后再结晶为H3BO3。
The oxidation behaviors of fused zirconium diboride and chemosynthetic zirconium diboride as well as morphology and composition of their oxidation products were researched by FESEM-EDS and XRD.The two kinds of zirconium diboride were heated in air for 3 h at 700℃,900℃,1 100℃and 1 300℃,respectively.The results show that ZrO2 and B2O3(l)are generated from the chemosynthetic zirconium diboride oxidized at 700℃for 3 h or the fused zirconium diboride oxidized at 800℃for 24 h;B2O3(l)dissolves into water and then crystallizes into H3BO3.
