摘要
为了研制性价比更优的换热式两段焦炉用非氧化物结合SiC材质的换热器,以国产碳化硅颗粒和细粉、氧化铝微粉、硅粉为原料,酚醛树脂为结合剂,经等静压成型后,氮化烧成制备了非氧化物结合SiC材料,并研究硅粉加入量(质量分数分别为15%、20%、25%、30%)对非氧化物结合SiC材料性能和显微结构的影响。结果发现,添加25%(w)硅粉制备的非氧化物结合SiC材料的致密度、常温强度和高温强度均最优;生产的换热器在旭阳焦化三孔炉上投入使用2年多,运行情况依然正常,使用效果良好。
In order to develop non-oxide bonded SiC heat exchanger for heat exchanged two-step coke ovens with better performance-price ratio,non-oxide bonded SiC materials were prepared using domestic SiC particles and fines,alumina fine powder and silicon powder as raw materials,phenolic resin as the binder,isostatic pressing and nitration firing.Effects of silicon powder additions(15%,20%,25%,and 30%,by mass)on the properties and microstructure of non-oxide bonded SiC materials were studied.The results show that the prepared SiC material with 25%silicon powder has the best density,cold strength and high temperature strength.The heat exchangers have been put into use in Xuyang Coking Plant three-hole furnace for more than 2 years,the operation condition is still normal,and the application effect is good.
