玉米耐Na2CO3胁迫的生理响应及耐盐碱性综合评价 被引量:13

摘要 为了筛选与玉米耐盐碱密切相关的生理指标,采用室内发芽和室外砂培试验,研究不同浓度Na2CO3胁迫对6个玉米品种种子萌发期发芽率、盐害指数、胚生长、苗期株高、生物量以及脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性蛋白等生理指标变化规律的影响,并采用主成分分析与隶属函数相结合的方法进行耐盐碱性综合评价。结果表明:随Na2CO3胁迫强度增加玉米种子发芽率、胚生长、植株生长、生物量均有明显降低的变化趋势,盐害指数、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量随Na2CO3胁迫强度增大逐渐增加;而SOD含量除农夫9号外,其他品种随胁迫强度增大而增大,可溶性蛋白含量除吉单535外,其他品种随胁迫强度增大而降低。主成分分析结果表明,胚生长、株高、生物量、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白等9个指标与耐盐碱密切相关,运用模糊数学隶属函数分析得出,6个玉米品种的耐盐性强弱顺序依次为吉单535>玉龍8号>东单969>南北1号>农夫9号>玉龍2号。 In order to screen the physiological indexes closely related to the saline-alkali resistance of corn,indoor germination and outdoor sand culture tests were used to study the effects of Na2CO3 stress on germination rate,salt damage index,embryo growth,seedling height,biomass,proline,malondialdehyde,SOD,soluble protein and other physiological indexes of 6 varieties of maize.The method of combination of principal component analysis and membership function was used to evaluate the saline-alkali resistance.The results showed that the germination rate,embryo growth,plant growth and biomass of corn seeds decreased significantly with the increase of Na2CO3 stress intensity.With the increase of Na2CO3 stress intensity,salt injury index,MDA and proline increased gradually in young leaves.Except Nongfu No.9,the SOD content of other varieties increased with stress intensity.Except Jidan 535,the soluble protein content of other varieties decreased with increasing stress intensity.Using principal component analysis,9 indexes including embryo growth,plant height,biomass,malondialdehyde and soluble protein were concluded,which were closely related to salt and alkali resistance.The sequence of salt tolerance strength and weakness of the 6 maize varieties was obtained by fuzzy mathematics membership function analysis as follows:Jidan535>Yulong No.8>Dongdan 969>Nanbei No.1>Nongfu No.9>Yulong No.2.
