摘要 数字化智慧电厂是火电企业技术发展的重要方向。本文结合火电企业生产经营的特点,提出了火电智慧电厂技术路线和发展方向,探讨了火电智慧电厂系统架构及关键技术领域,并将火电智慧电厂技术体系划分为智慧数据、智慧安全、智慧生产、智慧经营、智慧综合等5大技术平台,对各个系统和功能的关键技术发展现状进行了探讨。建议智慧电厂建设应遵循3个原则:1)根据电厂自身数字化水平、人员状况和生产经营需求而有所侧重;2)符合当地的电力市场政策,分阶段有序推进;3)在试点电厂实施的基础上,总结建设经验,不断完善智慧电厂体系架构,提升智慧电厂的建设水平和管理水平。 Digital smart power plant is an important development direction of thermal power technology.Combining with the characteristics of production and management of thermal power enterprises,this paper presents the technical route and development direction of smart thermal power plant and discusses the smart thermal power plant’s system framework and key technical field.Moreover,it divides the technical system of smart thermal power plant into five technical platforms,including smart data,smart safety,smart producing,smart operation and smart integrated management.Furthermore,it studies the development status of key technologies of each system in detail.It suggests that the construction of smart power plant should follow three principles:1)according to the digital level of the power plant,the personnel condition and the production and operation demand;2)satisfying the local power market policy and constructing the power plant orderly and phase by phase;3)on the basis of the implementation of pilot power plant,summarizing the construction experience,improving the system structure of smart power plant continuously,and rising the construction level and management level of smart power plant.
