摘要
作者采用了4种不同的厌氧污泥作为木薯乙醇废液处理的接种污泥,在高温55℃条件下进行批式实验,并评价了4种不同接种污泥高温厌氧处理木薯乙醇废液的发酵特性。结果表明:高温絮状污泥组、中温絮状污泥组、中温复配污泥组对SCOD的降解率分别为72.1%、72.2%和47.5%,沼气产率分别为188.8、182、109 mL/gTCODadded;而中温颗粒污泥组对SCOD的降解率较低,仅为17.8%,沼气产率为53.7 mL/gTCODadded,这是由于整个发酵过程中VFA浓度较高,抑制了产甲烷菌群对有机物质的转化。中温复配污泥组在第9天时的纤维素酶活性和半纤维素酶活性最大,分别为48.2 U和51.3 U,中温颗粒污泥组酶活力表现较差,在第3天和第5天达到最大值,分别为5.5 U和9.8 U。高温絮状污泥组和中温絮状污泥组的半纤维素酶和纤维素酶活性在第5天时达到最大,分别为10.6、18.7 U和24.6、28.7 U。经过15 d的厌氧发酵,中温复配污泥组粗纤维降解率最大,为41.5%,而其他三种污泥体系粗纤维降解能力一般,其中高温污泥组、中温颗粒污泥组和中温絮状污泥组对粗纤维降解率分别为25.8%、16.1%和29.4%。研究表明中温复配污泥体系对木薯乙醇废液中的固体物质具有较好的降解效果。
The batch experiment was indicated in this study for the cassava alcohol wastewater anaerobic fermentation with the four different inoculations under the temperature of 55℃,in order to evaluate the fermentation characteristics of four different inoculation sludge.The results indicated that the degradation rate of SCOD and biogas production rate in the group of thermophilic sludge,mesophilic flocculent sludge and mesophilic mix sludge group was 72.1%,72.2%,47.5%,and 188.8,182,109 mL/gTCODadded,respectively.However,the SCOD degradation rate and biogas generation rate in the group of mesophilic granular sludge was only 17.8%and 53.7mL/gTCODadded,respectively,which due to the inhibited methanogens microorganism by the high concentration of VFA during the fermentation process.The maximum enzyme activity of cellulose and hemicellulase in mesophilic mix sludge group was 48.2 U and 51.3 U on the 9th day,respectively,while the mesophilic granular sludge group had the lower enzyme activity of 5.5 U on the 3rd and 9.8 U on the 5th day,respectively.Thermophilic sludge group and mesophilic flocculent sludge had a maximum enzyme activity of 10.6 U,18.7 U and 24.6 U,28.7 U on the 5th day,respectively.After 15 days of anaerobic fermentation,mesophilic mix sludge group obtained highest crude fiber degradation rate of 41.5%,while the thermophilic sludge group,mesophilic mix sludge group and mesophilic flocculent sludge group was 25.8%16.1%and 29.4%,respectively.The results showed that the mesophilic mix sludge group had better performance in the degradation of the solid material in the cassava alcohol wastewater.
