摘要
为降低钝顶螺旋藻培养和采收成本,利用膜光生物反应器(MPBR)进行钝顶螺旋藻培养和预采收的条件研究实验。实验结果表明:当生物量达到1.8 g/L时可进行微藻采收;初始藻液质量浓度为1.828 g/L时,MPBR中最大体积浓缩系数为2,最佳稀释率为0.08 d-1,藻产品质量浓度可达3.319 g/L;获得1 g微藻生物量,MPBR中可节约水、氮、磷的量分别为0.301 L、0.248 g、0.053 g。与传统光生物反应器(PBR)相比,MPBR能够降低微藻培养和采收的成本。
In order to reduce costs in the Spirulina platensis culture and harvest process,a membrane photobioreactor(MPBR)was used for Spirulina platensis cultivation and pre-harvsting.The results showed when the biomass attained about 1.8 g/L,microalgae could be harvested.And when the initial algal biomass concentration was 1.828 g/L,the maximum volume concentration factor was 2 in MPBR.The optimum dilution rate was 0.08 d-1 and the concentration of biomass product was up to 3.319 g/L during the cultivation in MPBR.The amount of water saving,nitrogen saving and phosphorus saving were 0.301 L,0.248 g and 0.053 g respectively when per 1 g biomass product was harvested in MPBR.The costs of microalgae cultivation and harvesting could be reduced in MPBR compared with the traditional photobioreactor(PBR).
