摘要
目的研究附子理中汤对变应性鼻炎大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞增殖的影响及意义。方法复制变应性鼻炎的疾病模型,将36例模型大鼠分为A组(空白组)和B组(附子理中汤治疗),雌雄各半,每组18例。在模型建立后的1、3、7天分别评价两组的症状积分及取材检测骨髓间充质干细胞的含量。结果A组的症状积分和骨髓间充质干细胞含量始终无明显差异性(P﹥0.05)。B组在的症状积分在第3天、第7天时持续减少,骨髓间充质干细胞含量增殖明显,与第1天比较的差异性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间比较,第3天、第7天的同期症状积分比较均有差异性(P<0.05),而骨髓间充质干细胞差异性在第1天就显现出来,并一直持续到治疗结束(P<0.05)。说明B组能有效、持续地改善变应性鼻炎大鼠的症状,且能有效促进骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖。结论骨髓间充质干细胞在变应性鼻炎的免疫调节中起关键作用,附子理中汤能够促进骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖表达,有效缓解变应性鼻炎的症状。
Objective To investigate the effect and significance of Fuzi Lizhong decoction(FZLZD)on proliferation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in rats with allergic rhinitis.Methods The disease model of allergic rhinitis was replicated.Thirty-six model rats were divided into group A(blank group)and group B(treated with FZLZD),male and female,with 18 cases in each group.The symptom scores of the two groups were evaluated on the 1,3,and 7 days after the model was established,and the content of BMSCs was determined.Results There was no significant difference between the symptom score and the content of BMSCs in group A(P>0.05).The symptom scores of group B continued to decrease on 3rd and 7th day,and BMSCs proliferation was markedly increased with statistic difference,compared with that on day 1(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups,there were differences in coincident symptom scores on 3rd and 7th day(P<0.05),while the differences of BMSCs appeared on day 1 and continued until the end of treatment(P<0.05).It is indicated that group B could effectively and continuously improve the symptoms of rats with allergic rhinitis and effectively promote the proliferation of BMSCs.Conclusion BMSCs play a key role in the immune regulation of allergic rhinitis.FZLZD can promote the proliferation and expression of BMSCs and effectively alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
