摘要
目的探讨Teach-back对脑卒中患者的认知能力及日常生活活动能力的影响效果,为健康教育的合理应用提供理论依据。方法选取2017年6月至10月收治的59例脑卒中患者为常规组,给予常规健康宣教;选取2018年6月至10月收治的59例脑卒中患者为观察组,采取Teach-back健康教育模式。观察比较2组患者干预前及干预4周后脑卒中相关知识的认知能力及日常生活活动能力。结果观察组干预4周后对脑卒中相关知识认知能力及日常生活活动能力均明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Teach-back方法在脑卒中患者健康教育中的有效运用,能够显著提升脑卒中患者对相关疾病的认知能力,有效地改善患者的日常生活活动能力,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Teach-back on awareness of stroke and activities of daily living(ADL)in stroke patients,and to provide evidence for the rational implementation of health education.Method Randomly included in this study were a total of 59 stroke patients treated in our hospital between June and October of 2017 who were assigned to the conventional group given regular health education,and another 59 stroke patients treated between June and October of 2018 who were assigned to the study observation group given Teach-back health education.The two groups were compared for awareness of stroke and ADL before and at 4 weeks after intervention.Results The awareness of stroke-related knowledge and ADL in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group after 4 weeks of intervention with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective implementation of Teach-back in health education for stroke patients may significantly improve the awareness of stroke and ADL,hence improved quality of life in stroke patients.
