饮食健康教育路径在结肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术围术期的应用效果

Application of Dietary Health Education Pathway in Perioperative Period of Colonic Polyps by Endoscopic Mucosal Resection

目的:探讨饮食健康教育路径在结肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月本院行结肠息肉EMR治疗的患者180例。采用电脑随机数字表抽取法将其分为观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组采取常规饮食教育指导,观察组采取制定的饮食健康教育路径表进行护理,对比两组饮食及服药依从性、肠道清洁度(BBPS评分)、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后饮食和服药依从性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后左侧结肠、横结肠、右侧结肠BBPS评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出血发生率及并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度97.8%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:饮食健康教育路径应用在结肠息肉EMR患者围术期中,可以提高患者饮食及药物依从性,提高患者肠道清洁效果,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of dietary health education pathway in the perioperative period of patients with colon polyps undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Method:A total of 180 patients with colonic polyps treated by EMR in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected.According to the computer random number table extraction method,they were divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine dietary education guidance,while observation group was given dietary health education path table for nursing.The compliance of diet and medication,intestinal cleanliness(BBPS score),complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:The compliance of diet and medication in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total scores and BBPS scores of left colon,transverse colon and right colon in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding and complications in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.8%,higher than 80.0% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dietary health education pathway in the perioperative period of EMR patients with colonic polyps can improve the dietary and drug compliance of patients,improve the effect of intestinal cleaning,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,it has good clinical application value.
