综合护理干预对晚期肝癌患者心理、疼痛和生命质量的影响观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Psychology,Pain and Quality of Life of Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer

目的:探讨综合护理干预对晚期肝癌患者心理、疼痛和生命质量影响。方法:2016年7月-2017年12月,选择在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院肿瘤内科治疗的96例晚期肝癌患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组采取常规的护理方法,观察组采取综合护理干预。比较两组护理前后心理情况评分、疼痛情况评分和生命质量评分。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁和疼痛评分均低于对照组,且生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期肝癌患者进行综合护理干预可有效改善患者心理和疼痛情况,提高生命质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychology,pain and quality of life of patients with advanced liver cancer.Method:From July 2016 to December 2017,a total of 96 patients with advanced liver cancer treated in the Department of oncology,affiliated red flag hospital of Mudanjiang medical university were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The scores of psychological condition,pain condition and life quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of anxiety,depression and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients can effectively improve the patients’ psychological and pain conditions and improve the quality of life.
