EGFR、LRP表达与卵巢癌化疗耐药及预后的关系

The Relationship between the Expression of EGFR and LRP and Chemotherapy Resistance and Prognosis of Ovarian Cancer

目的:探讨EGFR、LRP表达与卵巢癌化疗耐药及预后的关系。方法:选取2013年1月-2016年1月本院收治的卵巢肿瘤患者50例(卵巢癌30例、交界瘤8例、良性肿瘤12例)为研究组,另选取15例子宫肌瘤同时行附件切除者的卵巢组织为健康对照组。比较不同疾病类型者EGFR、LRP表达情况及MVD计数;分析EGFR、LRP表达相关性;比较卵巢癌LRP、EGFR不同表达者的化疗有效率;比较卵巢癌LRP、EGFR不同表达者的3年生存率。结果:卵巢癌、交界瘤者的EGFR、LRP阳性表达率均高于良性肿瘤、正常组织(P<0.05),卵巢癌MVD计数均高于交界瘤、良性肿瘤、正常组织(P<0.05),交界瘤MVD计数均高于良性肿瘤、正常组织(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,EGFR表达与LRP表达呈正相关(r=0.023,P<0.05);卵巢癌LRP、EGFP阳性者治疗有效率均低于LRP、EGFP阴性者(P<0.05);卵巢癌EGFR、LRP阳性表达3年生存率均低于EGFR、LRP阴性表达(P<0.05)。结论:EGFR、LRP高表达会增加卵巢癌患者化疗耐药性,且EGFR、LRP高表达会降低患者生存率,影响患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of EGFR and LRP and chemotherapy resistance and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Method:A total of 50 patients with ovarian tumors(30 cases of ovarian cancer,8 cases of borderline tumors and 12 cases of benign tumors)from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study group,the ovarian tissues of 15 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent simultaneous adnexal excision were selected as healthy control group.The expression of EGFR and LRP and MVD counts were compared among patients with different disease types,the correlation of EGFR and LRP expression was analyzed,the chemotherapeutic efficacy of LRP and EGFR in ovarian cancer was compared,the 3-year survival rates of ovarian cancer patients with different expressions of LRP and EGFR were compared.Result:The positive rates of EGFR and LRP in ovarian cancer and borderline tumors were higher than those in benign tumors and normal tissues(P<0.05),the MVD count of ovarian cancer were higher than those of borderline tumors,benign tumors and normal tissues(P<0.05),MVD count of borderline tumors were higher than those of benign tumors and normal tissues(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the expression of EGFR was positively correlated with LRP(r=0.023,P<0.05).The effective rate of LRP and EGFP positive patients in ovarian cancer were lower than those of LRP and EGFP negative patients(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of EGFR and LRP positive patients in ovarian cancer were lower than those of LRP and EGFP negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of EGFR and LRP will increase the resistance to chemotherapy,and the high expression of EGFR and LRP will reduce the survival rate and affect the prognosis of patients.
