摘要
阐述我国传统工程造价管理存在前期估算准确度低、信息传递失真、数据滞后以及处理效率低下等问题,引入BIM技术的基本概念和应用价值。以广州市某甲级写字楼项目为例,详细论述了BIM技术在设计审查、平台协作、工程算清单中的具体应用,得出BIM技术具有信息表达全面、传递完整、计算快速等优点,BIM技术有助于提高工程造价管理的精细化程度,从而达到节约建设工程成本的效果。
By expounding the problems of low estimation accuracy,information transmission distortion,data lag and low processing efficiency in the traditional engineering cost management in China,the basic concepts and application value of BIM technology are introduced.Taking a Grade A office project in Guangzhou as an example,the specific application of BIM technology in design review,platform collaboration,and engineering calculation list are discussed in detail.It is concluded that BIM technology has the advantages of comprehensive information expression,complete transmission,fast calculation,and BIM technology can help to improve the degree of refinement of project cost management,thus achieving the effect of saving construction project cost.
