摘要
运用在实验室建立的具有中空轴主轴承支撑和筒体滑履支撑两种支撑方式的实验球磨机,采用静压润滑和动压润滑,测试了不同支撑方式下球磨机输入轴的功率及转矩,验证采用静压润滑将比动压润滑降低功率消耗,进一步验证通过减小滑履滑瓦的宽度及接触角可以达到减小摩擦功耗的作用。
The power and torque of the input shaft of the ball mill under different support modes and the conditions of hydrostatic lubrication or hydrodynamic lubrication are obtained by the experimental mill with hollow shaft main bearing support and barrel sliding-shoe support in the laboratory.The fact of hydrostatic lubrication reducing power consumption compared to hydrodynamic lubrication is verified.The effect of reducing frictional power consumption can be achieved by reducing the width and contact angle of the sliding-shoe.
