Nature, Characteristics, and Structure of the Engineering Management Knowledge

当前,我国社会经济快速增长,工程建设的规模日益扩大,诸多大型工程相继完工并投入使用,工程管理实践日新月异。工程管理知识作为在工程活动中所产生的用以引导工程实践顺利开展的知识,渗透、融会并贯穿于工程活动全过程,对工程活动的实施和运行起着重要的支撑作用。论述工程管理知识的产生逻辑,分析其作用重心,提炼出工程管理知识的特征,通过知识分类方式进行探讨,试图展现工程管理知识的概貌,为构建工程管理知识体系框架提供有益参考。

At present,China’s social economy is growing rapidly,the scale of the engineering construction in the country is growing day by day,many large-scale projects have been completed and put into use,and engineering management practices are undergoing a remarkable change.The engineering management knowledge,as a result of engineering activities,is used to achieve the smooth implementation of engineering practices.It penetrates,integrates,and runs through the whole process of engineering activities,and plays a critically supportive role in the implementation and operation of engineering activities.This paper discusses the logic of engineering management knowledge,analyzes its focus,and extracts the characteristics of the engineering management knowledge.Through the discussion of knowledge classification,it attempts to give an overview of the engineering management knowledge and serve as a useful reference for constructing the engineering management knowledge system framework.
