综放面沿空侧巷道支护设计的数值模拟与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对蒋家河煤矿ZF202综放工作面沿空侧回采巷道出现的围岩破坏严重、巷道变形量大等问题,为有效控制综放工作面回采巷道围岩变形,采用数值模拟和现场监测的方法优化锚杆(索)支护参数,分析不同锚杆(索)间排距的模拟效果,得出支护优化方案参数,对优化支护后方案进行现场试验监测。结果表明:煤柱侧和工作面侧锚杆受力分别稳定在50、80 kN,两帮移近量减少了40%,优化后的锚杆支护系统受力稳定,可以有效控制围岩变形,改善了支护效果。 This paper is aimed at effectively controlling the deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway in fully mechanized caving face in response to more serious destruction of surrounding rocks and larger deformation of roadways,such as occurs in mining roadway along goaf side of ZF202 fully mechanized caving face in Jiangjiahe coal mine.The study involves optimizing bolt(cable)support parameters by numerical simulation and field monitoring;and obtaining the optimum support parameters by the analysis of the simulation results of the row&line spacing of different bolts.Field test monitoring shows that there occur stability at 50 kN and 80 kN respectively in the force of the bolts on the coal pillar side and on the working face side,and a 40%reduction in the rib convergence.The optimized bolt support system,stable when subjected to stress,could provide an effective control over the deformation of surrounding rock and thus an improved support effect.
