摘要
为优选出镍基高温合金GH4169铣削加工过程中的切削参数,采用正交实验法进行高温合金GH4169的铣削实验。基于实验法建立铣削力与切削参数之间的经验公式,运用极差方法研究各切削参数对铣削力的影响规律。结果表明,实验获得了能有效提高镍基高温合金GH4169加工效率的切削参数,切削速度为94.20 m/min,进给速度为150 m/min,轴向背吃刀量为0.8 mm,径向背吃刀量为20 mm。该研究可以为实际加工中实现高效铣削镍基高温合金切削参数的选择提供依据。
This paper is aimed at optimizing cutting parameters of nickel-based superalloy GH4169 in milling process.The study involves performing milling experiment on superalloy GH4169 using the orthogonal experimental method;developing empirical formula between milling force and cutting parameters based on experimental method;and investigating the law governing the influence of cutting parameters on milling force by range method.The results show that the experiment could provide cutting parameters,such as cutting speed 94.20 m/min,the feed speed of 150 m/min,axial back engagement of the cutting edge 0.8 mm,and radial back engagement of the cutting edge 20 mm-parameters capable of effective improvement in the efficiency of nickel-based superalloy GH4169.The study could provide a basis for achieving the selection of the cutting parameters behind high efficiency milling of nickel-based superalloy in practical processing.
