自动顶空固相微萃取气质联用技术快速测定水中土臭素和二甲基异莰醇 被引量:7

摘要 建立固相微萃取/气质联用(SPME-GCMS)快速分析技术开展水中嗅味物质(GSM和2-MIB)检测,缩短检测时长。通过对固相微萃取的萃取条件,包括萃取温度、萃取时间等进行试验,选择优化后的试验条件,开展标准曲线线性范围、检出限、精密度和准确度等质控试验,获得快速且可靠的检测结果。采用萃取温度为85℃、萃取时间为7 min的SPME优化条件后,可在15 min内完成一个水样的测定,在10~200 ng/L下标准曲线的相关系数在0.990以上,GSM和2-MIB的检出限分别为0.88、1.1 ng/L,分析的精密度和准确度均符合相关要求。 A solid phase microextraction/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GCMS) rapid analysis technology for the detection of taste and odor compounds(GSM and 2-MIB) in water was established to shorten the detection time. The condition of the method including adsorption temperature and time was optimized. The range of standard curve, detection limit, precision and accuracy were also tested to make sure fast and reliable detection results. Results showed that optimal SPME conditions were as follows: adsorption temperature was 85 °C and absorption time was 7 min. Under the condition, a water sample could be determined in 15 minutes, correlation coefficient of standard curve was above 0.990 in the range of 10~200 ng/L, and detection limits of GSM and 2-MIB were 0.88 ng/L and 1.1 ng/L. Precision and accuracy of the analysis were in compliance with relevant requirements.
