摘要 广东省某污水处理厂总处理规模2.5×10^5 m^3/d,2018年进行提标改造,要求出水达到一级A及广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)的较严值。根据提标后排放标准并结合用地及实际运行情况,经充分技术经济论证和方案比选,选择MBBR工艺作为生物段挖潜方案,强化生化段对氮的去除,并增加了高效短纤维滤池深度处理设施,保障出水TP和SS达标。改造后出水稳定且优于设计排放标准,提标改造工程充分利用现有空地,投资运行成本低、改造周期短、运行高效稳定,具有良好的社会经济效益,为同类污水处理厂升级改造提供借鉴和参考。 The total treatment scale of a WWTP in Guangdong province is 25×10^4 m^3/d. The effluent is required to meet the stricter standard between the first grade A criteria and Water Pollutant Emission Limitation of Guangdong Province(DB 44/26-2001) after the upgrading and reconstruction in 2018. According to the requirement of the latest emission standards, land use and facilities status integrated with comprehensive technical and economic demonstration combined with process comparison, the MBBR process is selected as the bio-section potential tapping plan to enhance the nitrogen removal, the advanced treatment facility of high-efficiency short-fiber filter is added to ensure the compliance of effluent TP and SS. The effluent is stable and superior to the design discharge standard after the upgrading and reconstruction. The project making full use of existing land, with low investment and operation cost, short transformation cycle, high efficiency and stability, shows good social and economic benefits, provides reference for upgrading and retrofitting of similar sewage treatment plants.
