基于质量平衡法的污泥处理处置工艺碳减排量核算分析 被引量:10

摘要 人类活动导致大气中的温室气体急剧增加,对全球气候产生了重大影响。随着城市污水处理效率的提高和污水处理程度的深化,污水处理厂污泥产量随之急剧增加。而污泥处理处置过程中会产生大量温室气体,因此,有必要开展不同污泥处理处置工艺碳排放量的核算方法研究,如何减少污泥处理处置过程中的碳排放量对减少大气污染具有重要意义。本研究提出用质量平衡法对污泥处理处置过程中产生的碳源(直接排放及间接排放)和碳汇进行分析,计算不同污泥处理处置工艺的碳减排量,主要以臭氧微气泡减量稳定处理工艺和卫生填埋工艺为例进行对比,最终研究结果表明:采用臭氧微气泡减量稳定处理-卫生填埋处置工艺比采用单一卫生填埋处理处置工艺减少了0.42 t/d的碳排放量。 Human activities cause the rapidly growing greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, which have influence on the global climate. With the improvement on the efficiency of sewage treatment in the city and the deeper on the degree of sewage treatment, the sludge production in sewage treatment plant is also in rapid increase. While during the course of sludge treatment, there will be a large amount greenhouse gases, thus, it is necessary to have research on the accounting method of carbon emissions by different sludge treatment and disposal, and it has important significance on the reduction of air pollution on how to reduce the carbon emissions during the course sludge treatment. As to this research, it put forward to have analysis on the carbon source and carbon sink during the course of sludge treatment by means of mass balance method, so that it can calculate the emission reductions of carbon by different sludge treatment and disposal processes, while it mainly takes ozone microbubble reduction and stabilization process and sanitary landfill process as examples for comparison, in the final result of this research, it shows that by means of the process of stabilization process of ozone microbubble reduction and sanitary burying process, the emission of carbon can be reduced 0.42 t/d than using single usage dehydration and sanitary landfill process.
