Pharmaceutical care for delayed diarrhea induced by FOLFIRI chemotherapy

目的探讨化疗致延迟性腹泻的药学监护模式,促进临床合理用药。方法临床药师参与1例FOLFIRI化疗方案致延迟性腹泻的病例的诊治过程,协助医生制定治疗方案,并对患者进行用药教育。结果该患者基因检测UGT1A1野生型,用药后仍发生延迟性腹泻,临床中应加强化疗药物的监测,一旦发生不良反应,及时诊断和治疗。结论临床药师应发挥药学专业优势,参与临床治疗,促进临床安全、有效、合理用药。

Objective To explore the mode of pharmaceutical care for chemotherapy-induced delayed diarrhea,and promote the rational drug use in the clinic.Methods Clinical pharmacist participated in the clinical diagnosis and treatment for one case of delayed diarrhea induced by FOLFIRI chemotherapy,assisted clinicians in making treatment,and provided medication education for patients.Results The patient still appeared delayed diarrhea,although his UGT1A1 gene was wild type.We should enhance the monitoring of chemotherapeutics and give diagnosis and treatment on time when adverse effects occurred.Conclusion Clinical pharmacist should take part in the clinical treatment by using of the advantages of pharmacy to ensure patients with safe,effective and rational medication.
