平压压痕切线机自动上下料关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 在工业生产活动中,平压压痕切线机已经得到了广泛的应用,但传统技术难以满足当前需求,为此我们提出了自动上下料关键技术的相关研究。依据上下料机械手的工作特点及工作原理,对平压压痕切线机自动上下料关键技术进行设计研究。并通过实验论证得出,平压压痕切线机自动上下料关键技术与传统技术相比,大大提高了生产效率并降低了生产成本。 In the industrial production activities,the flat pressure indentation cutting machine has been widely used,but the traditional technology is difficult to meet the current needs.For this reason,we have proposed the related research on the key technology of automatic loading and unloading.According to the working characteristics and principle of the loading and unloading manipulator,the key technology of automatic loading and unloading of flat pressure indentation cutting machine is studied.Through the experiments,it is concluded that the key technology of automatic loading and unloading of flat pressure indentation cutting machine greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost compared with the traditional technology.
