腰椎弓根长度与椎管大小的相关性

Correlation between the length of the lumbar pedicle and lumbar vertebral canal

目的:研究腰椎弓根长度与椎管大小的关系,为临床腰椎管狭窄的诊治提供解剖学依据。方法:在成人干燥腰椎骨上测量双侧第1腰椎到第5腰椎(L1~5)椎弓根的长度、侧隐窝的长度、椎管的正中矢状径和椎管横径。结果:平均双侧椎弓根长度、双侧侧隐窝长度从L1到L5逐渐减小;椎管正中矢状径和椎管横径从L1到L4逐渐减小,L5增大。L5椎管正中矢状径平均为(17.43±3.52)mm,椎管横径平均为(21.36±4.14)mm。双侧椎弓根长度与同侧侧隐窝长度L3、L4、L5差异存在统计学意义,在L2差异无统计学意义。双侧椎弓根长度与椎管矢状径在L1、L2、L4、L5差异均无统计学意义。双侧椎弓根长度与椎管横径在L1、L2、L3、L4、L5差异均无统计学意义。结论:在L3~5,腰椎弓根长度与同侧侧隐窝长度有关,而与椎管正中矢状径、椎管横径关系不明显。

Objective:The correlation between the length of lumbar pedicle and lumbar vertebral canal was investigated,so as to provide anatomical guidance for the lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:30 sets of dry adult lumbar bone specimens was used in the study.The bilateral length of pedicle,lateral recess,the sagittal and transverse diameter of vertebral canal from L1-5 were measured.Results:The bilateral length of pedicle and lateral recess was gradually decreased in average,while the sagittal and transverse diameter of vertebral canal was decreased from L1 to L4 and increased at L5.The average length of sagittal and transverse diameter of vertebral canal were respectively(17.43±3.52)mm and(21.36±4.14)mm.At L3,L4 and L5,there was significant difference between the length of the pedicle and lateral recess ipsilateral and so did the other side.But there is no significance at L2.The pedicle length and sagittal diameter of vertebral canal had significanct difference at L1,L2,L4 and L5 bilateral.The pedicle length and transverse diameter had no difference significanct at L1-5 bilateral.Conclusion:At L3-5,there is correlation between the length of lumbar pedicle and lateral recess,while the lumbar pedicle has no relation with the sagittal and transverse diameter of spinal canal.
