摘要
针对入炉煤煤质化验数据不及时的问题,提出一种对火电厂入炉煤煤质化验数据进行实时校正计算的新方法。该方法根据制粉系统输入、输出热量平衡原理计算入炉煤收到基水分,基于锅炉系统的输入、输出能量平衡考虑基灰分变化对基低位热值的影响,通过反复迭代求取基灰分、基低位热值和锅炉效率,从而实现煤质指标的实时校正。所提新方法基于煤质化验数据和锅炉系统的实时运行数据即可进行煤质指标的校正,应用于直吹式制粉系统取得了较好的效果,提高了煤耗监测数据的准确性。
Aimed at the delay problem of quality testing data of coal as fired,a new online correction and calculation method of the quality testing data of coal as fired in thermal power plant is proposed.The moisture as received basis of the coal as fired is calculated based on the output and input heat balance principle of the pulverized coal system in the method.The influence of the change of the ash as received basis on the net calorific value as received basis is considered based on the output and input energy balance of the boiler system.The real-time correction of the coal quality index is realized by iteratively solving the ash as received basis,the net calorific value as received basis and the boiler efficiency.The proposed new method can realize the correction of the coal quality index based on the coal quality testing data and the real-time operation data of boiler system.The method is applied in the direct-fired pulverized coal system,achieved better effect,and improved the accuracy of the coal consumption monitoring data.
