阜新市河长制管理信息系统建设研究

With speeding up and standardizing the construction of the river chief system and lake chief system management information system in Liaoning,Fuxin is stepping up the implementation of the construction of the river chief system management information system.Based on the analysis of the system's construction objectives and the bottom-up construction ideas,this paper focuses on the research from the aspects of information collection and supplement,network system construction,data resources integration and sharing,database construction,business information development,infrastructure improvement,etc.,and elaborates the main construction tasks of the system in detail.At the same time,according to the construction priorities at different stages,the project construction plan is broken down to create a smart water conservancy window to provide support and services for the river chief system in Fuxin.
