摘要
目的:探讨3D打印颅脑实体模型在神经外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月至2019年2月在我院神经外科实习的五年制临床医学本科生60人随机分为2组,每组30人。实验组采用3D打印颅脑实体模型辅助临床带教模式,对照组采用传统临床带教模式。通过实习效果评分问卷和出科考核比较2组的学习效果。结果:实验组实习效果评分:学习兴趣(4.13±0.73)、阅片能力(4.23±0.72)、解剖理解力(4.03±0.77)、手术理解力(4.10±0.80)、临床思维能力(4.30±0.70)、带教满意度(4.43±0.63)和出科理论考核(44.27±4.32)、出科实践考核(41.40±4.68)、出科考核总分(85.67±7.60),均比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印颅脑实体模型辅助临床带教有助于实习生提升临床思维能力和实习效果,在临床带教中具有较好的应用前景。
[Objective]To explore the application effect of 3D printing craniocerebral entity model in clinical teaching of neurosurgery.[Method]60 clinical medical undergraduate interns in neurosurgery enrolled in the study during Jan 2018 to Feb 2019.These students were divided randomly into experimental group(n=30,adopt 3D printing craniocerebral entity model assisted clinical teaching patterns)and control group(n=30,adopt traditional clinical teaching patterns).Self-evaluation of clinical practice effect and after-department examination were compared between the two groups.[Result]The scores of self-evaluation of clinical practice effect included learning interest(4.13±0.73),clinical reading ability(4.23±0.72),anatomy understanding ability(4.03±0.77),operation understanding ability(4.10±0.80),clinical thinking ability(4.30±0.70),satisfaction of clinical teaching(4.43±0.63:and the scores of after-department examination included after-department theoretical examination(44.27±4.32),after-department practical examination(41.40±4.68),after-department examination total scores(85.67±7.60)of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group at 4 weeks after department-entrance(P<0.05).[Conclusion]3D printing craniocerebral entity model assisted clinical teaching patterns can effectively improve clinical thinking ability and practice effect,has a good application prospect in clinical teaching.
