维持性血液透析患者治疗依从性危险因素分析及护理对策

Risk Factors of Treatment Compliance in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients and Nursing Countermeasures

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者治疗依从性的影响因素及其护理对策。方法:调查112例MHD患者的治疗依从性并进行多因素分析。结果:MHD患者治疗依从性得分为(70.32±11.31)分。Logistic回归分析显示,低文化程度、透析龄长、焦虑以及低社会支持是MHD患者治疗依从性的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:MHD患者治疗依从性较低,应根据影响治疗依从性的危险因素给予针对性护理,提升患者生活质量,从而改善患者治疗效果。

Objective,To explore the risk factors of treatment compliance and nursing countermeasures in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).[Method,The treatment compliance of 112 patients with MHD were investigated and its multivariate analysis was conducted.[Result]The score of treatment compliance of MHD patients was(70.32±11.31).Logistic regression analysis showed that low education,long dialysis age,anxiety and low social support were risk factors for treatment compliance of MHD patients(P<0.05).[Conclusion,The treatment compliance of MHD patients is low,and nursing should be given according to the risk factors that affect the treatment compliance,improve the quality of life of patients,so as to improve the treatment effect.
