新时代加强社科普及人才队伍建设的若干思考

Reflections on Strengthening the Construction of Talent Team of Social Science Popularizing in the New Era

加强新时代社科普及人才队伍建设,对推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想深入人心、凝聚思想共识、引导人民共创中国特色社会主义新时代、普及社会科学、满足人民日益增长的美好生活之文化需要等发挥着关键作用。当前,我国社科普及人才队伍建设总体上态势良好,但也存在一些不可轻视的问题和薄弱环节,还不能很好地适应新时代党和国家对社科普及工作的需要。社科普及主管部门要加强领导,明确社科普及人才队伍肩负的神圣使命,推动社科普及人才队伍的职业道德建设,打造多元主体参与的社科普及人才队伍,提升社科普及人才队伍的整体素质,激发社科普及人才队伍的创新发展活力,切实推动新时代社科普及事业有序发展。

Strengthening the construction of talent team of social science popularizing in the new era plays a key role in advancing Xi Jinping′s socialist thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era,condensing people′s common understanding,guiding them to create a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and meeting the people′s growing cultural demand for a better life.At present,the construction of talent team of social science popularizing in China is in a generally good condition,but there are still some problems and weak links which can′t be ignored,still failing to meet the needs of the Party and the state for social science popularization in the new era.Therefore,the competent department of social science popularizing should strengthen its leadership,clarify the sacred mission of social science popularizing personnel,promote the professional ethics construction of social science popularizing personnel,upgrade the overall quality level of social science popularizing personnel,and stimulate the innovation and development vitality of social science popularization personnel to effectively promote social science popularization in an orderly way in the new era.
